There are debates all over the internet, regarding how dominant he is as a historical sports figure. You are getting all the Jordan arguements, the Tiger Woods arguements, the many elements and nuances for them.

And as a fanboy of those guys, this dude is making a serious mark. And he isn't really even at his potential peak for the sport. The thing is, there just isn't that big of a fanbase for track and field. Plus it is only a few races here and there every year. So I can't see him ever getting the recognition he deserves. But I think he is easily one of the most dominant of all time. And if it continues, he will make records we won't see beaten for a very long time.

What kills me is the finish, it wasn't even his best finish in the 200m in fact it was really the start that got him the record where in Beijing he took a little longer to get it going and then had an unbelievable finish.
