Finally, replay is way long overdue how many fighters wish this was in effect for their bouts within the past 5 years.

All judges need direct action screens in front of their faces too on their tables , if the ref or the other fighter is in the way of them scoring properly their eyes fall to the screens.

All major sports need instant replay. This could potentially be a way forward for boxing.

I think so too, football needs it as does boxing. Look at rugby and tennis. It adds a bit of suspense and exitement once a replay is called. Boxing needs it too IMO, they have time for it between rounds to clarify fouls and disputed knockdowns. Still, the person making the call needs to be Kosha, otherwise why fucking bother?

Rugby league over here has been plagued by delays in the past whilst the video referees review something over and over.
It depends on a lot of stuff, can the ref halt the fight to review during a round, who reviews it and makes the final call, do they let the ref see it from a different angle on the screen and decide, lots of stuff to be worked out on it but all in all a good decision.

A lot of old hands would be sweating that's for sure, no more sneaky hits on the refs blindside, or acting like someone ripped your balls off for a hit on the belt.

The idea of replay is good but they shouldnt have it so there can be 3 mins between rounds a gassimg or hurt fighter could easily ask for something to be reviewed and gain precious seconds instead there should be a replay official (used in NCAA football) who would alert the ref between rounds about anything which needs to be overturned
