Call me crazy (and drunk), but I could see Pauli targeting that cut and forcing a stoppage the way he's fighting.

Stupid question, if a cut is cause by a cut, but made worse by an accident headbutt that results in a stoppage (b/c of the cut), how is the fight ruled?
