Ya, there's a big difference between being past your peak and being shot. Hamed and Tito were not shot after their first losses.

Robin Reid
How was he shot??
At aged 28 alot of people thought he beat Calzaghe, went on to beat Brian Mcgee as a big underdog is his own backyard at 33, and was robbed of a victory against Sven Ottke at aged 32.
Far from shot mate, he was basically just not that good a decent fighter who was just as good at 33 as he was in his mid to late twenties.

Jermaine Taylor may soon be on this list if he can't regroup against Abraham. He lost the last two fights of his twenties, and is 1-1-0 since turning 30. Ironically, the win is against another man destined for this category, Jeff Lacy!
Of the two, you would have to bet on Taylor righting the ship, but he has a daunting task ahead with Abraham.

Lots of Kronk fighters were shot while in their 20's if you catch my drift....![]()
