He sent me a PM asking why his posts had been deleted. I tried to respond, but he set it so that he can't receive PM's (unless that's a consequence of the ban).

I know you reset Jokaleras post count, but if I come across a post of his that is obviously and blatantly spam, can I still delete it?

yeah delete away... i would send them a PM thou if needed so at least they now why its deleted for any future posters.

and i think once an account is banned you can't pm them
