Default Should Victor Ramirez remain in the pool at Cruiser?

Should Victor Ramirez remain in the pool at Cruiser after losing a close, hard fought decision to our 4th ranked Marco Huck?
I vote that he is removed, although it was a close fight I think he should have to earn his way back
