I think there is some way to watch the live feed via their website. I don't know if it's available to Americans or if they do it for every program though.

All of our fights are time delayed. From 3 hrs, to a day or a week. And even then can be cut into any time by a bowling match or curling.

If I find something I'll post it tho.
