Blueprint 3. Any year Jay Z drops an album, for the most part you better have an ATG rap album to be considered above his. It's hot but I still prefer The Last Kiss as AOTY so far.

An album of new songs @ 2009.I haven't heard it yet, but after 48 years of releasing albums, I figure he deserves an honorable mention.
