Toney didn't bent the rules he out right snapped them, any other sport taking drugs gives you an edge, in boxing you can lay some motherucker to rest, it is that simple.

Yeah, it's a welcome surprise to see him come in so light. Ouma is right too in asking "why now?". He should have been in this shape against Rahman the first time out.
