Well after wrapping my hands with your recommendations and holding the gloves different there is a very noticeable difference. I used one of my gyms lighter bags so I could test this. It work better than I would have suspected. I felt fairly good about it so I went to use our gyms newest bag "huge hard title bag" I went light and felt no pain. So I figured why not try a normal 1,2,3. No pain plus it sounds better. I decided to test my hook by doing a few hooks back to back. Works great, because even if I throw it wrong it doesn't hurt like before. My hand is still healing and I can throw a strong left with the new way without pain before/after the workout.
