Apparently the Ref, Terry O'Connor, lost a pro to John Mcdermott's father in 1977 and also in the amateurs. Strangely every McDermott fight that cretin O'connor referees John ends up losing controversially!

Looks like theres an inquiry starting which is good news but don't hold your breath..
