Of course he thinks the best fighters ever came out of the midwest. That's where the Mayweathers are from.

The South traditionally had the best fighters because they were the poorest, most desperate underclass in the US.

Robinson, Louis and the rest of them still had to go to the North to make it though.

Anyway, I would say that Ukraine is doing pretty well at the moment, as is Cuba (as usual)
