It really did kick off. There was a lot of biitchy pushing back and forth and Mayweather's entourage were waving there hands and shiit. Max Kellerman got flattened inbetween them.
Also when he mentioned Pacquiao's name, Floyd said something (Can't remember what) and then left the ring. Saying nothing about Pacquiao.
Yeah and had it been the other way around people would be complaining how Mayweather ws a classless jerk for interrupting Shanes interview and said he should have waited for the post match press conference. But Shane does it to Floyd and its "Way to go Shane!" the double standards continue
There in lays the problem. Boxing fans try to diss one fighter on what they believe to be morals but when another fighter violates them they get praised for it. No one rooting for what Shane did should complain about the stuff Mayweather does to hype fights. Shane didn't have to do anything at all like that. Mayweather even invited them to bring Shane over and it just turned into all of that. How anyone can defend what Shane or Hopkins did is terrible. Regardless on whether you like Shane or Bernard or not you have to call them on that. If they don't then what business do they have saying they hate Mayweather because they think he is classless but when one of their fighters does a classless thing they praise them.

That was pretty rude of Mosley and Hopkins but i actually found it amusing. I think Mosley has a much better shot at Floyd than Pac-man does. Mosley's main advantage is that Floyd can't hurt him like he could Marquez or Pacquio, yeah he's not the slickest boxer, but he's good enough to give him a realistic shot.

I cant see anything wrng with what Shane did. Floyd invited him over and he conducted himself liek a gentleman, they shook hands and continued to do so as they spoke. Its when Hopkins and Floyds team started shouting that it got ugly. Shanes not to blame. Kellerman clearly annoyed Floyd and put him into defensive mode rather than the civilised mode which he tried to adopt at first for the interview

I'm with you. I thought what Shane did was classless. It was Kanye West all over again and of course Hopkins had to stick his nose and instigate.
Floyd was doing his post fight interview where people praise the victor and ask about his future. Shane and Hopkins stopped that mid interview and tried to chase a fight. I can agree that it was good TV but it was disrespectful.

I think it had something to do with the WWE guys coming into the ring, had a familiar interview tone, no??
For every story told that divides us, I believe there are a thousand untold that unite us.

Is it true that Mosley vs Clottey is off? I saw in another thread that it might be.
If it is, last night's post-fight scuffle was staged IMO.

It did big time.I think we're loosing sight of how Mayweather has spent a portion of his down time, and how he's going to be spending more in the near future...working with the WWE.He's a showman,GBP is the biggest team going and this "Insulting display" involved 2,3 of the biggest stars and better fighters in the sport today.

I don't get what Mosley did wrong? Floyd called him over, he congratulated him, asked for the fight, then old Hopkins started getting larey which set off Floyd and his mob, all the while Shane was acting pretty passive with the palm of his hand stuck out.
It was crafty old Hopkins fault. And he knew exactly what he was doing.
One day Golden Boy might get a victory over Floyd![]()
