It seemed pretty obvious that the reason he was pulling the mic away is because Floyd was refusing to give him straight answers.

Max did his job. Any problems with the interview are Floyd's doing.

Kellerman was also a bit flustered too, he was just trying to get through an uncomfortable situation. Kellerman did nothing wrong really.

thats weird, call me crazy but what I saw was Max asking questions and then cutting mayweather off mid answer

Kellerman was out of his depth there, he did cut off Maywether a couple of times, but they were hardly fully formed questions. And then of course, Mayweather stole the mic and it was a plea for help with the word "Jim..." said over and over again. Heat of the moment stuff and understandable given what had just gone on. It can't be nice having Hopkins shouting over your shoulder whilst you are trying to conduct an interview.
