Cotto sits abreast the division to the people that count. Floyd deserves to be at the top of the rankings but in truth, beating a blown up Jr. Lightweight in the Welterweight division, nomatter how highly regarded should not dictate a spot at the top. Does his talent level say he belongs there? You'd be hardpressed to find someone to say no... But the fact remains that prior to fighting this last "welterweight" contest he was inactive for 2 years. He should not be ahead of Cotto.
