I am new to this forum so don't know what can and can't be said so I will leave it at...

Please!!!!? Could Williams have handled Tyson in his pomp? Could he fu*k!!

The best point you made in that post was 'he just needs to get in and stay in shape'

That is his problem!! At 21 was Williams toned?

    Yes

At 21 did Williams have a bang on him?

    Yes

Can the same be said of Tyson Fury?

    IMO No!
I know it was a faded Tyson im a massive Tyson fan hence my user name but the fact were Williams has been out of shape years yet got to a world title shot and punch power has nothing to do with it.

Probably a redundant question these days but is there any chance of watching this fight if you live in England?

He's looking rubbish against this tomato can. This is a pointless fight and doubtless his upcoming opponents are equally rubbish. How to totally fuck up a career, both by the people managing him and himself not staying in shape. He's only ever going to be domestic level anyway. He'll be on Prizefighter in a few years and when they're doing the promotional group shots for the telly they'll make him stand at the back to try and hide how out of shape he is.

Sorry Lyle m'boy, he got a points victory....claiming he injured his right, which he didn't use much after the second round.

Also good to hear the Pogues playing in the background there in Dublin. "Dirty Old Town" never sounded so appropriate....

When the competition gets stiffer, someone is going to open him up very badly.

The commentators were going on about the right hand, but I think the main thing he needs to work on is his retreat, cause he's usually the taller, he tends to retreat with his chin accessible for the better fighters, so needs to cover up whilst backing off I think.
