There's a massive fight with JMM available if he wants it. I think the only thing that'll stop him agreeing to it next year is fear of being sparked or beaten up in front of his fans. I think he knows he's finished at the top level but the question is, can he turn the money down?

With Ricky's voracious appetite it may be Ricky who eats JMM

I'd for one like to see him fight JMM; could be a bruiser of a fight, though I'd fully expect JMM to spark Hatton out. Being in the UK Ricky might just have that fire in him to put on one last great hoorah, and a ref who will let him fight his fight so to speak, so it could be fun for sure. I'd still like to see Ricky fight Diaz or Katsidisif not JMM.

I'd also love to see him fight JMM. I'd have to favor Marquez to win, but I think there's decent chance that Hatton could beat Marquez. If Diaz was able to bother and hurt Marquez, then certain Hatton could. However, I don't know if his chin would hold up as long as Diaz' did.

Diaz was beating Marquez. But Diaz didn't continue his crowding style and left spaces between them for Marquez to time the punches. If Diaz continued to crowd Marquez and not give him any room, he would have won by a narrow margin.

Hatton would beat the aging and overweight Marquez. Juan does not have the power and size to fight at 140 as evident in the fight against Floyd.

I don't think Diaz could have possibly thrown anymore punches at Marquez than he did, JMM is just that good, that he could punch inbetween the onslaught.
