Your muscle at the minute is probably a bit useless if your honest - sure you can bench a lot but the kind of changes your body will make by switching from heavy weight / body building will be massive.

You'll certainly gain a lot more useful muscle and stamina will be regained.

Boxing training is such a great thing, because you can do a lot of it anywear - the push-ups, shadowing, footwork and skipping... i always found the types of man in a boxing gym to be respectful and helpful (so long as your respectful and humble to !)

Go for it !


thats just it--being weightlifting strong is cool if u want to being able to lift things off the floor once--but thats about it----------im looking to get shredded and in great shape
