Any unbias, non-groupie knows they were gifts. Bet you think he deserved the win against Walid Smichet after dominating him the way he did, huh?
How well would Junior do against Smichet?
i don't think he could do any worse than Duddy, i agree that neither are world beaters, but hey no one is building Jr up to be the next coming of his father, people were actually trying to make Duddy a legit threat for the middleweight crown

They're not building Junior up to be a world champion? They're telling everybody he's going to have 50 fights against club fighters then retire?

What a fight. Lopez seems to be getting worse. Gamboa beats him when they fight.

lopez wouldn't have gone the distance if that was marquez or vasquez in there.

    caballero seems more dangerous now.

I didn't really see caballero as a threat to Lopez until this fight. But if he uses his height and reach to stay away from Lopez's power shots and lands his own, Lopez might be in for a very long night.

Juan Ma's off to featherweight now, Arum's talking about Luevano next. No way Arum risks him against Caballero, he'll get a couple of nonpunching featherweights then a fight with Gamboa.

Arum wouldn't even risk him against Mtagwa again after that, let alone Caballero. I was 50/50 before, but now I'm more confident Gamboa beats him.

I think the WBO should intervene & give the belt to Mtagwa

He's 26-13, but more importantly for the WBO he's not going to generate much in the way of sanctioning fees. I'm guessing people like Bernard Dunne are going to suddenly find themselves in contention for a fight for the vacant belt. Maybe a bit too soon for Bernard but there's got to be somebody somewhere who sells tickets they can go for.

i don't see why they would, it's not like Mtagwa was robbed, he bounced back well and ALMOST had Juanma out of there but i had Lopez winning by 2 points, Juanma imo won most of the early rounds and then the second half was back and forth, both scored 10-8 rnds on my card so that cancels each other's out, it was a close fight but nowhere close to robbery
