OK I think you guys have taken what I said and ran with it. Of course it's a different skillset but Dirrell has been boxing since 9 of course he has that skillset. Also the Showtime broadcast had Oganov being 5'9 not 5'6. That's worth noting because Dirrell is big, he's 6'2 and in the ring will look much bigger then Froch imo.

It doesn't even matter, I was just pointing out Dirrell's athleticism, it's there and it'll win him fights at this level if he can apply it correctly. Still, this is less about Dirrell (who I'm not a full believer in) then it is about Froch. He had good wins versus Pascal (who is not Dirrell) and Taylor who fought a dumb fight and Taylor just isn't a sharp puncher. He just let him hang in there to long, if that wasn't a blowout on the cards going to the 12th it's only because of Taylor's own sloppiness. I just think Froch has put together a couple wins but he can DEFINITELY be outboxed, if this was Froch vs Ward I think it would be open and shut for a Ward decision. Dirrell gives Froch more of a chance to win because he has that tendency to become unglued and stand right in front of guys in the midst and after those long combinations he puts together.

Also I don't think Froch is the tournament favorite, hopefully no one does. You'll see Saturday hopefully Dirrell puts it together.
