getting mega problems with this? got it on sky + ordered it through the remote, now i got the blue screen saying press slect or the red R (record button) but NOTHING is happening, the msg is still there??

I am having the exact issue. I have tried calling them up but I cannot get to speak to anybody. Disaster!

Exactly the same here, registered online paid for it and now nothings happening. Cant even find a phone number to speak to anyone.
