Good thing that bet I tried to place this morning timed out![]()
I should just stick to posting but all the Americans as underdogs tempted me. The only other time I placed a bet was Hopkins/Pavlik and that worked out pretty well for me.
No wait, wait
I picked Abraham by TKO![]()
Hope they show the Froch/Dirrell fight first on Showtime
AA was definitively more impressive than Froch, he was well ahead on points before the KO produced and he totally controlled the fight.
The difference between them is not just in the defensive department, AA proving he’s more powerful as well.
But in the end I feel sorry for JT, this is a very bad defeat that could send him in the retirement.
Slipping badly on following the fights last number of days......A 7 o'clock start time![]()

I really didn't expect to be watching Joe Bugner fight tonight. If you'd asked me earlier today what I'd be doing later on watching Joe Bugner would have been well down the list. I've eaten lots of special cake too so this is practically a psychadelic experience.
The worst thing that ever happened to Taylor was getting the nod over a slacking B-Hop twice he hasn't shown any improvement in his game since then. Not saying that as an excuse because I haven't seen the fight yet, but besides outclassing Ouma at a weight Ouma should never have fought at and putting on a relatively even performance in his draw against Wright he's not shown anything except mediocrity.
For every story told that divides us, I believe there are a thousand untold that unite us.
I know I'm a bit late, but...
They showed an Abraham KO before the fight, and obviously I've never seen it before, but it was the most sickening KO I've ever seen!
Er, and who actually thinks Taylor should fight again?
You do a commercial and you're off the artistic roll call... forever
