He stopped De la Hoya at 147 but Hatton was the big KO, still impressive but at 140 and not 147
That's doesn't mean he's the hardest puncher in boxing though, that means he landed about 6 million punches on him. We have had some amazing KOs recently. I mean Tomasz Adamek did more damage just earlier today to Golota and he was outweighed by 40 lbs in that fight, not to mention two knockdowns, in reality Golota is at the same point in his career that ODLH was when he fought PAC. I'm not saying PAC is a light puncher by any means, but there are fighters who punch harder.
For every story told that divides us, I believe there are a thousand untold that unite us.
What are you talking about 11 divisions? That has nothing to do with the fact that people punch harder than Pacquiao. Adamek can't go any higher last I checked Heavyweight was still the highest weightclass.
Come fight night what was the difference in weight against ODLH?
How many many knockdowns did Manny score?
In Adamek we are talking about a guy who's moved up three weightclasses and was outweighed by 40 lbs and just battered the guy.
Show me a video example of a one-punch KO from PAC besides Hatton.
I can't believe I'm getting suckered into this again, but here we go.
For every story told that divides us, I believe there are a thousand untold that unite us.
I'm with you Killersheep, Pac has gone up a lot of weight divisions and to his credit has kept good power throughout, BUT he is an accumulative puncher and his KO of Hatton was more because Hatton played into his hands in the same way he did in the 10th against Mayweather when Floyd caught him with the check hook after he winged with a stupid left hook.
