I hate this time of year.
Nights get darker quicker
The smell of fireworks
Cold weather
Halloween Partys
The christmas rush.

I like the stuff Hammer is talking about. I miss bonfire night, it's such an English thing. Cold hands, roaring fires and fireworks and sparklers.
I miss morning dew and those cobwebs that seem to hang on hedges too. I have never seen fog out here nor even snails to accidentally tread upon.

Living in Florida (where its hot as hell for the most part of the year) I love this time of year also. The weather starts to cool off so I get to wear jeans and t-shirts instead of always wearing shorts.
You can go to the beach and have a nice cool breeze instead of a breeze that feel like a someone has a constant hair dryer blowing on you.
The holidays season are coming, halloween parties, plus football.

heaven mate i know
I know the NFL season gets going the second the weather gets cold and love the fact you guys have christmas eve games (how cool is that) in the states but in the UK it also means the christmas footie schedule which involves all 20 prem sides playing 3 games between the period of boxing day and new years day
Makes my christmas every year, lol

Good for you, I like cooler weather and water to drink.
Getting hotter here day by day but we live in an area where we can get four seasons in a day. Our nights are cold our days are warm.
Fire season soon, The "take the fun out of der life mentalists"
extremists now have it in their minds that we suffer greatly by fire, so this year maybe harsher for us than last year.Nasty drier summer than last year on the way so they say. :-(

The humidity has subsided,68 ish wind blowing.Right forearm not sticking to armrest and you can no longer 'see' the heat rising of the pavement. Not to mention the end of hurricane season with house intact.Like it as well.
