    Every time ya right Pac off he comes back and bites ya in the ass, so on that basis Pac beats Cotto.
    Actually you are in the majority

    Pacquiao = 1/2 = -200
    Cotto = 28/15 = +186

    As a matter of fact I can't see a book that has Cotto as the favorite.
    Granted the odds will shift a bit in the next two weeks, but barring some
    weird injury PAC will stay the favorite.

    Hatton did get close to Pac in the 1st round before he got hurt.I think it will take Cotto alittle longer because he will box his way in not rush like Hatton. As long as he can weather the first few rounds and the cut doesnt open up i see him pushing Manny back and stopping him around the 6th.

    It all depends if pac has the speed advantage or not. If he has a sizeable speed advantage i'm going with pac. If the speed is equal between the two, i will pick no one because it iis a toss up.

    Manny is faster than Cotto,Cotto fought Mosley who was alot faster than him and he did well against the speed.Timing kills speed if he can time Manny right.

    I pick Cotto by TKO. He's got the size advantage, he hits harder, and he is a good enough technical boxer to land regularly. He also has pretty good defense. Cotto has beaten faster fighters before and the difference between Clottey and pac-man is that Clottey is virtually unhurtable, Pac ain't.

    Mosley has fast hands but his foot speed isnt comparable to Pac's or maybe he has great food speed but he doesnt use it much.

    Honestly i'm leaning for Pac on this one.... Cotto is a monster and think that in every way he should have it over Pac, but there are a few reasons I give more of a shot than I should.

    He's been at that weight for a while now. Marquez coming up was always going to be weak as pi$$ against Mayweather. I think Pac having been above 140 for his last 3 fights (well 140 for hatton), he'd be wearing that weight much better now..

    His speed is going to split Cotto.. Cotto has good footwork and is going to take a pounding, and his defence will certainly be a damn shite better than DLH and Hatton put together, but cotto isn't exactly unhittable...

    My biggest influence in looking at the potential of how the fight could play out from a certain angle is Cotto/Judah... Cotto has certainly improved since that fight, but many many times during that fight, you could feel that Judah could have turned the tide if he had the heart and head for it... And I think even between 140 and 147, Pac is more dangerous than Judah...

    I could be proved entirely wrong by Cotto being an unshakable moster on the night, but I feel Pac is just going to make to many punches count, and is going to think his way to the victory as well through Roach's coaching... Pac's dangerous left and keeping away from too much of Cotto's attack will have him winning...

    Anyway, i'll make that my official prediction....

    It's a fight that you hate to see someone losing,,,, but I think if Cotto loses it'll be heartbreaking for him....

    I'm just going to enjoy this fight no matter who wins... Good on the two guys for making it.. Not an easy fight for either of them..
