You can check how your teams doing by hitting standings and then there at the bottom it will have how you're doing in each categories and that will help you assess what you've got. Say you're not making many 3 point shots, well you have J.R. Smith on your bench who's a good 3 pt shooter. Plus there's live scoring on your my team link.

The 2 years I played fantasy basketball, it was head to head meaning you have an opponent each week. This is fine though it works better for basketball actually.
