USA unemployed vs UK unemployed!

Hi they folks.I was watching the 10 o'clock news last night and heard that America have just come out of the recession though the effects wont be seen to the public eyes for a while yet.Obviously this recession has effected at least 3/4 of the world by having endless unfortunate people(like myself)losing out on work.The UK is in a right truly fucked up state due to this recession.Im depressed and sick to my stomach every day as i fail to find any work whatsoever.It truly is the hardest time of my 28 years of life it really is.Im feeling sooooo degraded and ashamed of not finding work.

My main question to this thread is how much unemployment benefits do the USA unemployed people get to the unemplyed people of britain??Im only getting £62 per week and get paid once every two weeks.It truly killing me living like this.With xmas being just around the corner,i cant possibly get every thing i once used too.Im fucking absolutely gutted to the core.

Tough as fuck mate to say it likey!!I cant really move anywhere unless the job offers digs if i happen to get a offer to work way out of town.Im looking for Plastering work,but i've been looking for Labouring work and all kinds of work just to get me by for xmas.I've sent out 40+ application forms as well as my C.VS and i have'nt heard fook all.Im at the local job centre every day as well as looking in at the local agencies.I've even registered to a agency from about 40 miles away from where i live just to find any kind of work but there's fook all going mate!!

Im getting depressed here,im really am.There's only so much you can take and im truly passed my patients now!!!

It's the same the world over, though some parts are doing better than others. Personally, I don't believe the media propaganda that the recession is properly over for the US. Unemployment will continue to rise and next year it will all come undone again. The Dow Jones is in fantasy land right now.

Hang in there my friend. In the U.S.A. unemployment in not the same in every state. In Kentucky were I live it's $830.00 every two weeks. Most states pay far less. I was unemployed for 16 months so I know the feeling. I've been on my job now for 2 months and I was happy as hell to get it. Things will get better believe me. While you're unemployed get yourself a fat bag of weed and enjoy life. Things will turn around.

I expect he was once earning a decent wage, not as much as you obviously at over £25,000, but more than the £63 a week he is on now and is lamenting the fact that thanks to the recession he is dead broke.

Hartlepool in Northeast,between Middlesbourgh and Newcastle.Before this fucked up recession kicked in,the Northeast was really shit on the work front anyhow,soo its more or less impossible to hide any kind of work whatsoever up here now,you have more chance on getting the 6 lucky numbers on the Lottery than finding any work up here.The record of unemplyment before the recession was really really low in the first place.Im really truly effected by this recession.Its changed my prospective on this country forever now.Your just another number to the goverment and your not treated any better when you get layed off work.I choose to work and have always worked my damn hardest ever since i left school over 12years ago.And now im just treated like fucking scum,i mean i payed a fortune in Taxes over the years like any other dedicated uk citizen and now after getting layed off im living off my backside on £62 a week,i mean how the fuck can i really live off that!!!!!!!!!!.Im thankful that parents have taken me under their wings by moving back into their house but that does'nt help the matter really because i want me own independence and earn me own crust.The modern uk society this day in age is to either fucking drug deal on street corners,our pop out children for fun and feed off tax payers money.This uk society truly fucking stinks and it needs to change """NOW""",its only a matter of time this country truly destroys itself entirely.I would love to work aboard and emigrate out there for good.I hate this country entirely,its a fucking joke,the goverment is a fucking joke.
