Its just Punch out... A japanese boxing game made by a japanese company you may have heard of called 'Nintendo'

They slapped Mike Tyson on to sell it to the USA. Its a cult game in Japan like most NES games are... nothing to do with Western culture... Basiclly some geeks in a music college or what ever did a perormance of punch out... I doubt it was shown to a main stream audience...
