I do think its logical that they'd want an American to win but then why put Taylor in with Abraham. Just saying, that's not a good master plan.

Oh this is going to be gritty very early from the looks of it

Agbeko first two minutes and Perez gets them together last part.OHHH right stands Agbeko up almost at the bell.Nice scrap right here!!
Array
Perez a pretty fluid effortless type puncher.Agbeko lost rythem.
Array
He's going to have to earn this one,Perez has Agbekos head tied to the end of his glove...right on the ends.Feels like round 8 and its only the 3rd![]()
Array
2-1 Perez.Agbeko missing over the top too much. Those punches underneath might be Agbekos undoing.Take 3 to give 1 WHEEEW
Array
Geez, can they keep this pace up for the whole fight, I guess we'll see.
Great fight so far.
Perez starting to feel the pace maybe?
I gave that one to Agbeko, worked the jab pretty well. 3-1 Perez

Perez more effective for me. He's going to win this if he can just keep it going.
Array
Agbeko looked sharper that round, Perez a little sloppy.
fuck great stuff. Perez throws nice short shots.
I've got it 2-0 Perez. I disagree with Al, its not handspeed that's doing it for Perez, its that he throws shorter straighter stuff. If Agbeko outlasts him I'll be impressed cause he's landing some hard stuff.

3 - 0 Perez

To parrot Teddy Atlas, some body work would be a good investment strategy for both fighters.
