Just don't want to see it.I mean...what is there left to prove?Go against some other blood.I think Marquez has something left, not ready to throw him onto the heap. With Izzy who knows, injuries abound and boo-koo time off.

what do they prove by doing this? i mean..its either they hang up the gloves or move up. they made one of the all time best trilogies ever. they are just gonna hurt their legacies if this fight ends up not living up to the hype.

I think its pointless really. Just move on with your careers and do something else instead of flogging this dead horse.

They are so busy fighting each other that the division has moved on now. Guys like Cabbellero and Lopez have now become the divisions stars and these two just continue to pound away at each other like remnants of the collapsing Roman Empire.

I think both are finished at the highest level now.

I loved all 3 fights, but I don't see the point. To me, Marquez winning the 1st fight was flukish. Odds are he won't be able to repeat that and I think Vasquez has him figured out. Marquez is going to hurt.

    I'm torn about it...

Part of me just jizzes about being able to see them do it 1 more time and being there LIVE. This means I would have attended 3 of the 4 fights they had.
I also think it would be as exciting as the rest... Don't think it'll top the 3rd fight (which is the best IMO) but I think it'll be up there.
I also feel it's great that these little guys can make bigger paychecks fighting eachother.
Why not? They've busted their asses for yrs. to charge what they charge now. Why go and fight Caballero, JML or anyone else for that matter when they can fight eachother and make the most and ADD to the their fight history.

The other part of me would like to see them move on but who am I to say that.

I have the outmost respect for both guys and we're very fortunate to have witnessed this rivalry.
