I really doubt he it.

He doesnt hit hard. His knockout record is APPALLING. He's so bad even Monte Barret went 11 rounds where genuine heavyweights like Odlanier Solis and Chris Couser can do him in 2.

Valuev is the worst heavyweight champ in history imo.
