As most of us here will know, running isnt the most exciting part of training (i for one find it extremely tedious). Because of this i find it hard to motivate myself to get out there and do it, and although i always manage, i thought it would be interesting to hear how the rest of you motivate yourselfs to pound the pavement.
When I used to box which was about 10 years ago I used to find it quiet relaxing as long as I changed the route from time to time.
