Re: Mosley-Berto Set for Jan. 30
I think Berto's been fighting too many guys that were "supposed to" lose to him or just test him. He can step up big against Mosely, but I have a hard time seeing it happen. Unless Mosely shows up underprepared (no matter his "age" that night) and Berto recreates himself in a radical training camp, I think the outcome of this one can be seen a mile away.
Berto will take too many rounds off again allowing Mosely to get points off of flicking jabs and chucking bombs. If theres a stand and trade moment, I can't see Berto outslugging Shane, especially after being caught by lesser guys. Berto should be gassed and stuck between a rock and hard place come the late rounds. He'll need a knockout to win and have no energy, so he'll need to choose between dancing and holding to decision loss or swinging with Shane and being stopped. I personally think he'll choose the former.
They want your @$$ beat because upsets make news. News brings about excitement, excitement brings about ratings. The objective is to bring you up to the tower and tear your @$$ down. And if you don't believe that, you're crazy.
