Actually Raheem is too inconsequential for me to hate.
I'd say my top 5 would be

1) Froch
2) Tyson Fury
3) Pavlik (more because of Jack Loew)
4) Margarito
5) Vic Darchinyan

Once Youngblood goes pro he goes up to #3

EDIT: Was just remembering how he always had that crown on & yes he is extremely hateable, plus realized I hate Darchinyan much more than Ward.
