nothing is unthinkable in this fight...

If Pac KO'd Cotto early people will say we should have seen it coming, he did the same to Hatton, Cotto hasn't looked great since the Marg debacle and he was forced to get down to 145 (which I don't think is a problem).

If Cotto gets the early KO, again people will say we should have known, Cotto is a true WW and Pac is not anywhere near really. Pac has taken credit from fighting 2 over the hill fighters and looking awesome it was never going to happen here.

If Pac wins a decision (which is what I've gone for) people will say well Pacs speed was always going to be the telling factor in this fight and Cotto was never going to risk another KO after what happened against Marg, and he hasn't exactly looked great since that fight.

And if Cotto wins a decision it would have been obvious that he would control the fight due to his size advantage.

The only thing I can say is the last 2 Pac fights I have gone against him and both times he has shocked the hell out of me, not only in how he took the fight to the bigger men but the way that Freddie Roach pretty much predicted how he would do it too!

I find it funny how someone reads stats or figures weight class are the only things that determine stoppages. No matter what the numbers are, the regardless of weight or history of the opponents... The punches that can get you are the ones you never see coming. Perfect example, being feather fisted Corely having Cotto dancing on queer street before.
Margarito was a murderous puncher (with or without plaster), but his punches could be seen coming a mile away. Mosely stood in front of Cotto and tried to slug with him a good part of the time instead of using his foot work and angles and timing. Judah used angles and speed and rocked Cotto too, then Cotto went to the cup twice.
The fact remains that Cotto is wide open for the uppercut all day, every day and he has a bad habit of dropping his hands before he shoots his punches and is bad at defending consecutive body head punches with the same hand. On top of that you have an experienced trainer looking to exploit it all. The window of opportunity is definitely there, whether people want to believe it or not.
They want your @$$ beat because upsets make news. News brings about excitement, excitement brings about ratings. The objective is to bring you up to the tower and tear your @$$ down. And if you don't believe that, you're crazy.
