Bilbo is right. There are means and ways of getting your point across. Sanchez wasn't very subtle in how he went ahead with pressing his agenda and looks a bit silly. There is nothing wrong with messing up a pick, but you can garner a little more respect by conducting yourself with a little decorum. Calling people 'morons' isn't a very funky thing to do.
