    DC, that completely takes out of the equation the concept of pricing yourself out, if Floyd insists on something like 60/40 and won't take any less he's pricing himself out since he knows they won't take that.

    Not that I think he'll do that. There will be a ton of jibber jabber, at various times in the process fans of each fighter will accuse the other guy of ducking, melodramatics and histrionics will ensue, and then the fight will be made because its simply too much money to leave on the table. Its the way things go (see OMGZ Pacquiao is pricing himself out of the Hatton fight, see OMGZ Pacquaio insists on 142 for Cotto fight, etc., etc.), I guarantee you there will be a point in the negotiations where this forum goes nuts about one fighter supposedly ducking and then the fight will eventually go through, its almost as easy a prediction as the outcome of Jones/Calzaghe was.
