Money is the #1 aspect that will take the longest to dispute. Maybe weight will also be up there but we all know how Floyd handles that. Ring size too. I don't know, I just think this will be one of the most messy negotiations in all of boxing history.

I am certain it will. It would be the biggest payday for everyone included, from the promoter to Pacman to Mayweather. It is too big not to happen at some point.
