pacquiao threads getting out of hand again

there are enough of you to realise there are too many threads on the main forum for manny. I have as much love for the guy as the next person but its becoming way too clogged again

This is only the beginning. We've got at least 5 months till the fight, it will only get worse

It is not against Pacman himself, we all know what he did and recognize his achievements; It's that there is a huge legion of Pactrolls (i.e extreme hardcore zealous pacman fans) who are always coming here by waves and will start 50 different threads saying more or less the same thing and how he's the best and yadiyada and we are way too submerged by them. That is the problem, not the average pacman fan neither the boxer himself. We had that kind of problems as well with the Hatton fans not so long ago.

That wasn't even a Pac poster, but fucking hell was it depressing to read some people comments on there

Jaz, that one got moved obviously. Were not going back to a Xadu situation by any means. That being said if anything I have thought the boards have been kind of slow since the fight.

Good, I was worrying that I might have given Hammer credit for not being wrong about something, but thankfully I haven't. The world has resumed its natural order.

I posted a thread entitled " for those about to hug" realting th this, I think the problem relates to the people who do not come here regularly but only when their fighter is active, and yes I do mean in particular Pac fans.

I suggested that people read the threads to see if there was already somewhere to post already on the board. It seems everyine wants to start their own thread as if they have just had some entirely original idea.

I do not hate Pac in the slightest, the guy is shaping to become one of the ATG's and I love to watch him fight and he seems like a real nice guy who loves his country and helps his people and is very modest in his achievements.

Some fans start saying we are hating on Manny, not so. We dislike the boards being over run by duplicate ideas and every othere thread being hi jacked into a discussion on Manny where it is not needed.

maybe we should try a direct thread outlining a basic courtesy on posting and keeping the posts linked to the thread and try reading whats already up already.
