If he loses, Pacquiao will retire from boxing and will declare to concentrate his efforts to help the people in the Philippines through his planned political position. He will also possibly win the election.
I know that Team Pacquaio or Arum is planning a fight for Pac on March 2010 but I just can't see Pacquaio start his training on January.

On the other hand, I understand that Pac has already suffered a lot with all his wars especially against Morales, Marquez, and Cotto. I feel that he has suffered badly against Cotto and honestly, I want him to retire already. However, the fight with Mayweather will be historic and may catapult him to GOAT and this scenario is something that may not happen again during our lifetime.

Money aside, this fight will be considered the biggest fight in modern boxing history and that is more than getting an 8th division title.

The suspense is killing me. Pac needs to decide now... at least tell the public that he wants to fight Mayweather even with a ludicrous claim for a bigger share (let the promoters deal with the bargaining!)

The boxing world needs a "savior" for it to survive. Pacquaio can play that role and he should not dilly-dally.
