I voted for Pacquiao because I'm a PacFan LOLS.
Seriously though, at 140 and 147, Pac beats Marquez. Pac carries the extra weight very well compared with Marquez and hasn't lost his speed and stamina.

Marquez should not be shifting weight classes anymore.
Hes not as effective at it as Pac.
