I translate this to mean the entire year of 2010 will be spent in negotiations for this fight. Roach is being ridiculous if this is the case, let Manny come in at 145 who cares? But to make his opponents do it? Blasphemy. Maybe he's just concerned with defending the Diamond Belt.

2lbs is a good sh1t where I come from. If manny can come up from Light Flyweight to 145, I don't see 147 making much difference
