This is why my "arrest, try, execute" criminal justice programme needs to be brought in. It's barbaric, but we've bred a couple of generations of barbarians over the past few decades and we're working on more. A bit of up-front deterrence is the only way to give savages like this any pause.

If they knew they'd be executed, they likely would have killed her to get rid of the evidence. Longer sentences for rapists are needed though, it's an absolute joke what an easy time of it they get. Let's face it the execution thing hasn't exactly worked a treat in bringing down US crime levels has it??

I had to work a lot about the death sentence in ethics and actually, it fosters crimes more than it stop it according to the studies over the thing because peoples think then "I have nothing to lose" as they know that their fate is sealed so they commit even more crimes because in the end, it won't change much. MOre severe measures should be enforced for sure but death sentence sure ain't the solution.

Some ,well quite a few rapists who work in pairs or more also now think oh well we may as kill her and get rid of the eye witness as well.

Match up crimes to sentences, match them up with hell hole cells with no extras just a dunny and a sink and a matress and food and an exersize machine so they dont leave it ever.
