Mosely has quick hands but dosent have the footspeed or the angles to bother Floyd.. Its not 100% true..Shane said "I've already made plans to go on vacation with my family, so he can go fight cotto or somebody and then we can fight in feb or march"

That's what Shane said which is still more than anything floyd has been on record of saying in regards to fighting Shane. Which is by no means ducking him. Its like if manny says "ive had four very tough fight over the past two years and want a break" people would say he's ducking floyd.
