Anywho got a go against a local lad and plum for prescott here, kevs a good fighter who can more than operate at world level. But he does have defensive issues that he still hasnt been able to eradicate and prescott is a big puncher.

Mitchell can dominate this guy over a 3minute period but eventually he is going to get caught clean and hard and if he is planning on winning this he`ll have to keep the contest clean and at a distance

This is a hard fight.Which i feel,Kev more than has a chance of winning in.
I know he's,defensive skills havent always been great.

But I feel.Mitchell can more than own a fight and he is a very good British prospect in boxing.But with this being against prescott.The time has come for him,to step up and show people if you are really as good as you look.

If Kev,Can display a good defense and miss those big shots.I feel he can out box Prescott.If he gets caught to much and he dosen't move his head. then say good night.

Mitchell did very well. Fought a smart fight. First time I saw him fight and it definately sorts out Prescott. Did anyone else who watched it think the ref was going to hug him instead of raising his hand? (no I'm not kidding...he look simply overjoyed) lol

All Mitchell did was run round ring did he really do enough to win?? it was all a bit dodgy to me Ref was on at Breidis from the start basically for nothing Breidis was the one pressing the action he threw loads more punches and also Jim watt was only really comenting on Kevin Mitchell. and the scores were ridiculous maybe i need to watch it again but i wouldn't have been shocked if Prescott had won.
