    Well there are many different types of jab and many different ways to throw them but for me if i was to tell someone to use a stiff jab id mean a jab with bodyweight behind it rather than a quick snappy jab that your trying to avoid getting countered off, im sure other people can go into greater detail about this subject but maybe you wanted a simple answer for now? hope this helps

    Ones a Jab and the other one is a name the HBO panel like the throw around to sound like they have a clue.
