You don't get called the best in the division by beating the most limited of a good bunch.
Kessler did the same and look what happened to him... It was a good win, but the lesson has been learned.

Actually I think he would give Ward the toughest fight in the division, including Abraham. I'd pick Ward to win but no doubt he has the tools to potentially box with Ward and do very well for himself. That would be a really good fight, something potentially to look forward to in 2012 when this tournament is hopefully over.

Bute hits at least as hard as Abraham an is faster. Can he cope with pressure and Abraham's high guard? it is to be seen. as for Ward, both are very fast, it would be a very very good fight to see actually and I am certain that we'll see Lucian against either of these guys in a close PPV from home in a near future somewhere in 2010 as well.

That's the way it is, not the way it ends

Well Ward and Abraham both factor into the second round of the tournament which is the best money they can get, they should be tied up past 2010. Also it's pretty hard to say Bute hits as hard as Abraham, I don't believe that he is just a clean accurate puncher, not a pure power puncher like Abraham has developed into.

He would have a shot versus Abraham, definitely. Abraham is going to simply get outmoved and outhustled one of these days in much the same fashion as Kessler. Unlike Kessler though Abraham is just a bundle of explosive power and when he opens up and 'uncoils' as Al Bernstein said, he's dangerous whether he lands or not. However just like Kessler he isn't a great mover, he doesn't fight on the inside and he fights off his heels. We'll know a great deal more about Abraham in the Dirrell fight imo. Taylor just doesn't have enough offensive weaponry at this point to keep Abraham off him, just the same repetitive attack over and over. Dirrell should mix it up at times and if he can avoid being KO'd, I give him a very good shot at the scorecards, especially in the States.
