Delgado was pretty badly injured during his premiership stint. Kaviedes is usually on the bench instead of Tenorio, who has impressed me so far. I know Costa Rica & Poland aren't world class, but both of those teams gave Germany much more trouble than they did Ecuador.
I'm not saying Ecuador have a better side than England or anything, it's just that England seemed vulnerable to the counter attack against Trinidad & Tobago, and Ecuador might just have enough quality up front and in midfield to exploit that.
I fancy them to upset Germany in their last match, they really play well together and have a great team spirit.
