Because RJJ signed a fight with Hopkins while negotiating the fight with Green. That would be a huge fight now that Green has KO'd RJJ in 1 round. Green even said during the pre fight negotiations after RJJ and BHOp signed that he should get BHOP's peoples numbers so when he defeats rjj they can negotiate.
