How do you conclude this about Floyd? What are you going by? You are aware that Floyd has never asked for a catchweight or any fight to be above welterweight, right? Roach is the one who wants the weight to be his way. He even had a stipulation of against Cotto of $1 million a pound if he went over that catchweight. Roach even threatened to call the Cotto fight off if Cotto came in at 147. You must have Floyd and Roach confused.

You must've misunderstood. I said Floyd has never asked for a catchweight. Marquez's team is the one who asked for the catchweight. Not Floyd.

Just for the record, Marquez had to go up by 2 weight divisions to fight Floyd and Floyd disrespected the contract to have a woopy 20 pounds (more or less) advantage over Marquez. Floyd fighting midgets is a bit too documented, Roach knows it, he has seen how he ditched 600 000 for ultimate advantages and he won't let it happen to Manny.
